- 600ml thickened cream
- 2 mangoes
- 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
- Remove the flesh of each mango.
- Puree the mango in a blender.
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
- With the mixer running add the condensed milk in a steady stream.
