Returns Policy

All products you buy online from Ziggys Fresh, are covered by the Ziggys Fresh Returns Policy.

*Ziggys Fresh does not access returns for purchases when a customer has changed their mind.

If the product you buy from Ziggys Fresh is not up to our fresh standard then we will happily refund the purchase price or exchange the product when there is proof of purchase.

If you do not have proof of purchase and you wish to return or exchange a product, we will, at our discretion, provide you with a store credit to the value of the purchase price. Where applicable, products may be returned to the manufacturer for exchange, or we may reimburse you the purchase price in the original payment method.
